Robbie wore this prototype running blade during the opening ceremony in 2012

Robbie made a dramatic appearance at the London Olympics 2012. He was flown in to the Stadium on wires with a group of wheelchair athletes, as part of the opening ceremony.

Robbie is currently involved in training the next generation of Paralympic sprinters. He is trialling the Endolite Running Blade to help find solutions to achieving top level sprint speeds and yet reduce the damage to the other joints, which can be under huge strain from the impact of competitive sport.
